Ascape Audio return & refund policy
All products purchased through AscapeAudio.com, carry a 15-day "no questions" return policy. You can test out the earbuds and see if you like them during this period from your order and then simply contact us to receive a return authorization. The value of your order BEFORE shipping and stocking will be refunded once we receive the item back in good working condition. If you purchased through any other source, you must comply with their refund policy.
Ascape Audio Product Limited Warranty
All products purchased by consumers directly from Ascape Audio carry our limited warranty. Ascape Audio warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Ascape Audio authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

Unless otherwise stated, all Ascape Audio products are cover by our limited 60-day warranty policy. During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
What should I do to obtain limited warranty service?
Return the product, with proof of purchase from an authorized Ascape Audio dealer, using the following procedures:
1. Contact the Ascape Audio for specific return and shipping instructions;
2. Ascape Audio will send a pre-paid shipping label to you by email on qualified orders;
3. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided
4. Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the carton. Cartons not bearing a return authorization number, where required, will be refused.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Ascape Audio can fulfill almost any order to most international locations through our website, AscapeAudio.com. Interested international customer should first try to complete the order form, however if you have a question about your shipping location please feel free to contact us. Typically if the order page can be completed then we can ship to your location.
Does the price include sales tax?
The final price will include any applicable sales tax for U.S. customers only.
Does the price include VAT or other duties?
No, you are responsible for all applicable international taxes, duties, and shipping charges above the standard additional shipping fee added to all international orders.
