We at Royal Isle Design LLC ( “we”, “us”, and "Ascape”) value your privacy. The operation of our website www.AscapeAudio.com, associated mobile accessories, and other services (“Services”) involves the collection and use of information about you. Consent to Use Data

Information We Collect

You should check your Facebook or other Integrated Service privacy settings to understand and change the information sent to us through Facebook Connect or other Integrated Service. Children



Royal Isle Design LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If we become aware that a child under 13 years old has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of asses involving Turtle Cell, we reserve the right to disclose and transfer your personal information to the merging, acquiring, or purchasing party. If such party should plan to materially change this Privacy Policy, we will notify you beforehand.

OPT OUT ABILITIES



Use of your personally identifiable information is necessary to operate our Services. You cannot request that we limit the use of your information, whether anonymous or personally identifiable, if you wish to use our Services. You may remove your name from our mailing list by e-mailing us at info@royalidesign.com and including “No Offers or E-mail” in the subject line. Even if you are removed from our mailing list, we may notify you of changes to our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.
